Purchasing Process

1.Initial Enquiry

If you’re thinking of replacing your windows and doors or simply considering a possible refurbishment then please don’t hesitate to contact us.. we’ll be more than happy to answer any questions or queries you may have.


Once we’ve established your basic requirement we’ll agree on a suitable time for one of our skilled joiners to visit you at your home and conduct a detailed survey. With every property being unique it’s essential that our craftsmen gain an accurate overview of each and every installation to ensure that every fitment meets our exacting standards.


Once the survey’s complete we’ll have all the information necessary to process your quotation which we’ll forward via your preferred method.


Should you decide to proceed with your purchase we’ll then process your order and forward confirmation detailing your exact requirement and agreed fitting date. Once you’ve confirmed the details correct we’ll then ask that you pay a deposit of 25%* and the remainder once fully fitted and approved.

*Both deposit and full term insurance are fully underwritten by the Consumer Protection Association.

5. Manufacture

Once approved your order will progress to our workshop where your windows and doors will be hand crafted to your particular requirement.. and of course you’ll be more than welcome to visit us and see your items taking shape.

6. Fitting

As the agreed fitting date approaches we’ll contact you to confirm the arrangements and give you the opportunity of rearranging should the need arise. Then when the day arrives our team of expert fitters will arrive to complete the process causing minimal disruption.

7. Completion & Approval

Once the job’s complete you’ll have the opportunity to approve our workmanship and then when completely satisfied we’ll ask that you pay the remainder of the invoice.. we’ll then leave you to enjoy your homes’ beautiful new look.
